One way of adding vitality to your composition is by using quotations -
giving the actual words spoken or by paraphrasing - giving the meaning of what
was said. In an argumentative essay quotations are particularly useful for the
first or last sentence. For example, a space exploration essay could end with
"One small step for man, a giant step for mankind". (Students are recommended
to use a dictionary of quotations.)
