To sum up, the homeless should not be ignored. The best solution to the
problem is the establishing of programmes to aid those who are in danger of
becoming homeless. As Albert Camus, the French writer, once said, "We are all
special cases. The rest of society has a moral obligation to help those who are
less fortunate."
