It’s a business letter, so you have to follow the rules and an appropriate style.
Be positive. Show that you have a clear purpose of using the computer and that
you are aware of the latest software products and will be able to make a good use
of them. The organizers would value if your community (school, University and the
like) could benefit from your work with the computer.
