Translate the following sentences into Russian.
1. One must not waste one’s time when there is so much to do. 2. One cannot
succeed unless one works hard. 3. Here’s a light-coloured dress that might suit you. – No,
it’s too expensive! Have you got a cheaper one? 4. William’s car is the most expensive
and the most powerful one. But it is also the least modern one. 5. What sort of sweets do
you like? – The ones with chocolate inside. 6. One can’t learn a language in six weeks. 7.
One must believe in something. 8. He talks to one like a teacher. 9. One should always be
polite to his (one’s) bank manager. 10. There are three main routes by which one can drive
to North Wales.
Ex.11. GRAMMAR REVISION: Infinitive of Purpose. Using the given words,
write sentences with the Infinitive of Purpose as in the model:

Ex. 12. GRAMMAR REVISION: Verb Tense Forms. Choose the correct
