7. Railway Bye-laws forbid the playing of radios, cassettes, etc or
musical instruments to the annoyance of other passengers.
8. Refund arrangements. Subject to return of ticket to the issuing
office prior to 1600 hours on the day before the date of travel, a refund
of 75% of the purchase price will be given. Refunds will not be granted
under any other circumstances.
9. This service is subject to the Boara’s Conditions of Carriage ex-
cept where specifically excluded.
10. These conditions apply to holders of InterCity Nightrider tick-
ets only.
