           слова в словарь.

                           RIGHT TO EDUCATION

      In our country every condition has been provided for bringing education
within the reach of the broadest masses of the youth and of all the working
people as a whole.
      A big “knowledge industry” has been built up in the country. The Citizens’
right to education is embodied in the Constitution and it is in force today. This
right is ensured by a number of vital guarantees. Higher education is provided
by universities and by specialized and polytechnical institutes.
      Students graduate in more than 430 specialities. Tuition rests on a broad
scientific basis, lectures and on theory being combined with practical classes.
There is a common curriculum for all related faculties in the first and second
years. About a million of students taking part in the activities of student
scientific groups and industrial design bureaus work under the guidance of their
professors.
      Studying and working at the same time students get considerable benefits
from the state. Training at institutions of higher learning lasts from four to six
years. There is the greatest number of graduates. They get jobs in their own
fields.
      Institutions of higher education and specialized secondary schools are
attended by more than 45,000 foreign students from 130 different countries.
Curricula take account of the specific conditions in which the graduates will
work at home. All establishments of higher education from which foreign
students graduate continue to take an interest in their former students after
graduation, they organize refresher courses and scientific and practical training
which an able them to acquaint themselves with the latest developments in their
fields.
