Last Friday night, I was driving to a friend’s when I suddenly realized

possible steps that can be taken to improve the situation. Decide
which of them should have the highest priority, which are of me-
dium priority, and which of them should have the lowest priority.

¾ install speed cameras at all accident black spots;
¾ put more sleeping policemen in quite streets;
¾ increase parking fines;
¾ ban all on-street parking in the town centre;
¾ pedestrianise the main shopping area;
