VOCABULARY
1. doom (n) – 1) рок, судьба: My doom is to fight for my country.
2) осуждение, обвинительное заключение: His doom is sealed. doom and
gloom – конец света
doom (v) – 1) обрекать, осуждать; предназначать: This attack was
doomed to failure. 2) выносить обвинительный приговор, осуждать: The tsar
doomed the rivals to exile.
doomsman – судья: The doom was just and everyone was satisfied with
his decision.

ment.
