mouth, blowing your nose and taking drying cold medications all
promote fluid loss», notes Dr. Gradison. To counteract this, drink
at least eight glasses of water, fruit juice or other noncaffeinated
fluids every day.

6 Thirty to 45 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise, such as
walking, cycling or dancing three times a week, is all it takes to
