"I can't give you his address," he moaned. "His name is Randy Sims, but he
doesn't have any address. He lives in a camper with his old man, but they keep
moving around. They don't even have a phone."
"You and he got together to mess around with Ned Chute, and after that you tried
something with his bus," Carly said, "so stop saying you have no way to contact
Randy."
"I don't," Pete said, raising himself to a sitting position. "Randy and his old man
came around my neighborhood one night. His old man paid me good money to go
along with Randy and hit that Ned Chute. Then he was going to pay me again to go
along and help wreck Chute's bus, but you know what happened. We were lucky to
get away, but

wasn't raunchy then. I remember how he used to be, and I feel sorry for him now. I
think his old man is crazy."
