3. Turn to the section of the catalog that tells you how to order. Read the instructions
   for filling out the order blank, including how to add sales tax and shipping and
   handling charges and how to pay for your purchase. Some catalogs also list a
   number you can call to place your order by phone.
4. Fill out the form carefully. Check to make sure you put in the correct number,
   size, amount, and description of each product you are buying. Add all required
   shipping fees and sales tax.
5. Enclose a check or money order for the correct amount. Never send cash in the
   mail! If you are ordering by phone, you must have a credit card to pay for your
   purchase. Have your card ready so that you can give them the information they
   ask for from your credit card.
6. Keep a copy of your order, so you’ll have a record in case a problem arises.
7. Carefully read the section of the catalog that tell you want to do if you are not
   satisfied with your order.
