III. Перепишите и письменно переведите предложения на русский язык,
обращая внимание на перевод неопределенных и отрицательных
местоимений.

2. I need some help with my homework.
3. Any student of our group can speak English.
4. I have three sets of house keys, and I cant find any of them now.
5. There was hardly anybody in town.
6. Emma has got some old pictures of the house to show us.
IV.Перепишите и переведите на русский язык предложения, обращая
внимание на особенности перевода определений, выраженных именем
существительным.
1. The bus stop is not far from here.
2. There are only day light lamps in this room
3. Children like to drink chocolate milk.
V.Перепишите следующие предложения, определите в них видо - временные
формы глаголов и укажите их инфинитив ; переведите предложения на русский
язык(см . образец выполнения 3).
1.It is very important to choose a system of education which will prepare children
for life.
2. They refused to do what they think low work.
3. This man came to Moscow some years ago.
VI. Прочтите и устно переведите текст . Письменно переведите 1,3,5 и 6
абзацы.
THE VALUE OF EDUCATION
1. Education is not an end, but a means to an end. In other words, we dont
educate children only for the purpose of educating them. Our purpose is to fit them
for life. When we realize this fact we will understand that it is very important to
choose a system of education. This system will prepare children for life.
2. It is not enough to choose the first system of education one finds; or to continue
with ones old system of education without examining it to see whether it is in fact
suitable or not.
3.In many modern countries it was fashionable during some time to think that, by
free education for all whether rich or poor, clever or stupid one can solve all the
problems of society and build a perfect nation.
4.But now free education for all is not enough. We find in such countries a far
larger number of people with university degrees than there are jobs for them.
Because of their degrees they refused to do what they think low work.
