Use the Passive Voice instead of the Active Voice and translate the sentences

LL-PURPOSE FREIGHT CARS.
(1) Speaking about all-purpose freight wagons one should mention boxcars, open-
goods wagons, flat wagons, tank cars.
(2) Box cars are considered to be the most universal means for transporting goods
which require protection from unfavourable weather conditions. The box car is a car the
body of which is a huge box with a sliding door on each side. These cars can be used for
carrying bulk freight, part-load freight and some other types of freight. Box cars are
provided with hatches in the roof for loading bulk materials. Every box car features
standard running gear, coupling mechanisms and brakes.
(3) Open-goods cars are used for transportation of coal, iron ore, timber, rolled
stock* and other bulk freight which require no weather protection. The name of this car
speaks for itself: open-goods cars have no roof; this feature is very convenient for
loading/unloading of freight. Open-goods vehicles are equipped with discharging hatches
in the floor as well as with end doors.
(4) The flatcar (flat wagon) is a platform mounted on a frame and two-axle bogies
of four, six, or eight wheels. A standard flatcar has a robust steel frame with wooden (or
metal) floor covering and metal hinged sides. The flatcar may have neither sides nor ends:
it is very convenient to carry bulky freight, such as containers. Railway authorities are sure
that container movement has great future because it is the best way of door-to-door traffic.
Therefore much attention is being paid to introducing special container flat wagons.
