   Exercise 1. Read the following words. Mind their pronunciation.

   1)   to boost [u:]     – поднимать, подталкивать;
   2)   built - in        – встроенная;
   3)   to relay; a relay – передавать; реле;
   4)   impact            – удар, толчок;
   5)   pictogram          – пиктограмма;
   6)   instrument panel – приборная панель;

   Exercise 2. Read the following verbs. Mind their meaning. Pay attention to the
principal forms.
