2.3. Clinical results.
Following [4], we are going to analyze our own clinical data. Let us divide the
patients into several groups according to types of restorations, having taken into
consideration the following factors:
1. the group of teeth
- frontal group
- molar group
2. the degree of dentin loss
- partial loss
- total loss
3. the method of restoration.
- use or absence of the post
- the type of the post
Clinical observations have shown that it is impossible to restore frontal
teeth with no man-made crowns whereas molar’s restoration doesn’t require
covering with a crown.
It seems to us that the best way to restore endodontically treated incisors is
to restore them without a post provided there is only an insignificant partial loss of
