    There are 3.000 million people in the world today, and we can say with cer-
tainty that they want things from the cradle to the grave.
    The six elementary wants of mankind are food, water, clothing, shelter, land
and medical care. All the wants of mankind can be classified under the headings
of either "goods" or "services", Goods are tangible things such as clothes, etc.
Services are intangible things such as education and entertainment.
