FAIL-SAFE PROTECTION SYSTEM
The Siemens BUE 95F fail-safe level crossing protection system, characterized by a modular design and
low maintenance requirements and designed for use on main and urban railways, was approved for trial
operation by the Swiss federal office for transport in 1999 and approved by the German federal railways
