"Five minutes later the sound they had been waiting for brought smiles to their
faces. Thirty seconds after that the chopper came into view and Avery Martin flashed
his car lights three times ending the signal with his lights on. Yolanda dropped down
about fifty yards in front of the car and turned off her engines.
As soon as the helicopter stopped kicking up dust Avery started his engine and
drove to it. Yolanda was getting out when the car pulled up. Carly admired Yolanda's
magnificent custom-fitting leather jacket and her flight suit. "That's the finest-
looking policeman I've ever seen," Roy remarked.
"Policewoman," Avery corrected making Patch and Carly smile.
"That makes sense," Roy admitted following the others out of the car."
