After the 28 day confirmation any proposed alteration to the provision of Services or
Facilities must be submitted in writing to Conference21 as soon as reasonably
practicable. Conference21 will endeavour to accommodate reasonable alterations but
shall be under no obligation to do so. Without prejudice to any other provision of the
Terms, Conference21 reserves the right to make an additional charge in respect of any
such alteration.
Conference21 may cancel the Agreement at any time prior to the event.
Payment of final invoice. Accounts are payable within 14 days of the date of
invoice. All amounts specified will be due in pounds sterling. Invoices for
Conference21 conference activity are directed through Sheffield Hallam University
Enterprises Ltd. Cheques should be made payable to 'Sheffield Hallam University
Enterprises Ltd'.
Cancellations and reductions in numbers. If a booking is made and the
Organiser subsequently cancels it or reduces the guaranteed minimum number, the
following cancellation charges will apply:
Up to 90 days prior to the event no charge
90 - 31 days prior to the event 50% cancellation fee
30 -15 days prior to the event 75% cancellation fee
14 days or less prior to the event 100% cancellation fee
The cancellation fee is based on the revenue which would have been generated
if the booking had not been cancelled in full, or part, and is calculated from the tariff
that would have applied for the event. The fee is exempt from VAT. The date of any
cancellation is deemed to be the date that written confirmation is received by
Conference 21.
Conference21 will make every effort to relet cancelled facilities, and may reduce
charges accordingly. Conference21 reserves the right to recover any additional costs
incurred from a cancelled booking.
If the booking is cancelled by Conference21, no charges with be made and any
deposits paid will be refunded. No financial or other liability will however be
accepted by Conference21 if the cancellation results from causes beyond its
reasonable control.

заседания, который следует носить в течение всего срока конференции.
2. По возможности будет оказано содействие инвалидам, участвующим в
конференции, если мы получим заблаговременное уведомление.
3. В папку вложен экземпляр буклета «Справочник для докладчика»,
который рекомендуется использовать при подготовке наглядных пособий.
4. Каждый полноправный участник получит буклет с уточненной повесткой
для заседаний.
5. Организационный комитет должен обеспечить бесперебойную связь
между секретариатом и предполагаемыми участниками посредством
своевременных и информативных объявлений и личной корреспонденции.
