Bill of Lading

Shipped in apparent good order and condition unless

otherwise indicated herein from the Shipper named in this

Bill of Lading, on board the vessel named herein or

substitute, (or on board the Local vessel, if named herein for

forwarding subject to clause 6 hereof), the goods or package

of merchandise stated to be marked, numbered, and

described on the reverse side hereof (weight, measure,

brand, contents, quantity, quality an value unknown), to be

conveyed via any port or ports and as otherwise provided

herein and delivered to the Consignee named herein, at the

port of discharge named on the reverse side hereof or as near

thereto as she may safely get, either safely afloat or safely

aground. If the Final destination is named herein the goods

shall only be forwarded in accordance with clause 6 hereof.

Law of Application and Jurisdiction.

a) The contract evidenced by this Bill of Lading shall be

subject to the Netherlands law in which the Hague Rules as

adopted by the Brussels Convention of 25th August 1924 are

incorporated with the exception of article 9. The maximum

liability per package being Dutch Florins 1250.
