III. ТИПОЛОГИЯ СИНТАКСИЧЕСКИХ СИСТЕМ АНГЛИЙСКОГО,
           РУССКОГО И АДЫГЕЙСКОГО ЯЗЫКОВ


     I. Выпишите из текстов словосочетания на английском, русском и
адыгейском языках.
      1. The first trade unions were associations of wage-earners for the purpose
of improving the conditions of their working lives. The first British trade unions
were formed more than a century and a half ago, and the condition of the workers
have improved greatly since then.
      In order to provide a home, food and clothing for himself and his family,
every worker needs a job at a reasonable wage. He joins a trade union because the
trade union helps him. An important duty of the trade unions is to help their
members when they are unable to work because of illness, or accidents at work,
and when they become too old to continue working, in the early days of the trade
union movement, before the State provided health and unemployment insurance
and old age pensions, this kind of help was much more important than it is today
(A.S. Hornby).

       2. Adygea is located on the picturesque slopes of the Caucasian Range. The
tiny republic abounds in landscapes of breathtaking beauty with majestic
mountain peaks, roaring streams borned of glaciers, virgin woods – wildlife's
paradise, fertile soil and a delightful mild climate.
       The gorgeous foothills of the Caucasus, the Lago-Naki plateau, an
abundance of deep caves, snowcapped mountain tops, rich Alpine meadows, the
vast ancient forests, mountain rivers with waterfalls, and calm lakes will charm
any traveller.
      3. Взобравшись на широкий подоконник, я уселась, поджав ноги по-
турецки, задернула почти вплотную       красные штофные занавесы и
оказалась, таким образом, отгороженной с двух сторон от окружающего

для перчаток и статья дубовый баул, на который легко было наскочить
коленом, суживалась в голый, очень тесный коридор. По бокам было по три
комнаты с крупными, чёрными цифрами, наклеенными на дверях: это были
просто листочки, вырванные из старого календаря шесть первых чисел
апреля месяца (В. Набоков).
