14. Neither Party shall be entitled to transfer its rights and obligations
under the present Contract to any third party without the written consent
thereto of the other Party.
15. All taxes, fees, customs duties and expenses related to the obtaining of
export or import licenses, and other similar expenses incurred under the
present Contract or in connection with same on the territory of the member
– states of the C.I.S. – by the Buyers. The Sellers shall in all cases pay
consular fees.
16. Any amendments and supplements to the present Contract shall be
valid, provided they are made in writing and signed by the duly authorized
representatives of both Parties.
The present Contract is made in two originals, each in Russian and
English, both texts being authentic.

ON FINANCIAL SERVICES
«_____________», a company incorporated under the laws of
Switzerland, Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, represented by its
President Mr._________, hereinafter called « X» , and represented
by_________ hereinafter called « Trustee» , have concluded a contract as
follows.
1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1. « X» will provide the Trustee with financial services including the
transfer of funds, foreign exchange transactions, cash management in
various currencies, audit services.
2. The Trustee entrusts to « X» :
