«Sellers», on the one part, and__________________, hereinafter
referred to as the «Buyers», on the other part, have concluded the present
Contract about the following:

1. The Sellers sold and the Buyers bought on terms

spare parts for _________________ according to the nomenclature, in the
quantities and at the prices specified in Annex No. 1 being an integral part
of the present Contract.

2. Price: The prices for spare parts delivered under the present Contract are

including the cost of marking and packing corresponding to the conditions
of transportation of spare parts and specified in Annex No. 1 to the present
Contract.
